Former cricketer’s mother admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata
Sourav Ganguly’s Mother Health Update: Indian cricket commentator and former cricketer Sourav Ganguly's mother, Nirupa Ganguly, has been hospitalized following a heart attack. He has a very close relationship with her mother since his childhood. However, the former cricketer has developed a more close relationship with his mother after the death of his father, Chandidas Ganguly.
According to the sources, it has came to light that the former cricketer’s mother, Nirupa Ganguly, has been admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata because she suffered a minor heart attack.
Reportedly, her condition went from critical to stable the next day on Friday. Unfortunately, there is no confirmation if her condition is still out of danger.
It has also been reported that due to the affectionate relationship between the son and the mother, Sourav Ganguly decided to treat his mother through a trusted doctor. So, according to the sources the doctor whom Sourav Ganguly used to visit for all his heart related problems is the same doctor who is treating the former cricketer’s mother.
