Canada Burning Train News: In a shocking incident, five carriages of a moving train in Canada caught fire. The video of the incident is making rounds on social media in which a train can be seen on fire.

According to CBC, the wooden railway ties inside the five carriages caught fire on the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway train traveling towards London, Ontario.

Reportedly, the train came to a halt in a residential area after which the firefighters came to the rescue.

As per the London Fire platoon chief Colin Shewell, the train cars were carrying dangerous goods, and hazardous materials that were later split and moved away.

By the time of filing, it was still unclear how the fire ignited.

"The incident remains under investigation. We thank the London first responders for their effective response to the fire last night," CPKCR spokesperson Terry Cunha wrote to CBC in an email.
