Five Deceased in Accident

KATHMANDU: Five youths from Samastipur, Bihar died in Nepal's Kathmandu. These five were heading to Kathmandu by car from Samastipur on Tuesday. The vehicle went out of control and fell into a 500-feet gorge on the Bardibas-Kathmandu BP highway in Nepal. Four died on the spot in the accident. The fifth died during treatment in the hospital. The family is in deep sorrow. Reportedly, the bodies of all deceased will be brought home today. 

The accident took place on the Bardiwas-Kathmandu BP highway in Nepal. These five friends left Samastipur for Kathmandu in the car on Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, the car went out of control on the way and fell into the ditch which was about 500 feet below the road. The accident is said to have happened late on Tuesday night, but the family members came to know about it on Wednesday afternoon.

The deceased were residents of Kalyanpur and Warisnagar police station areas in Bihar. All used to trade in gold. The deceased have been identified as Mrityunjay Kumar alias Gabbar, resident of village Phulhara under Kalyanpur police station area, Abhishek Kumar Thakur resident of Ward 8 Bhagirathpur, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Mukesh Chaudhary resident of Vikas Nagar, and Dharminder Soni from Mathurapur OP.

Relatives said that after the accident, 4 died on the spot. While Dharmendra Soni, who was injured in this incident, died late on Wednesday evening during treatment. Before dying, Dharmendra Soni introduced himself to the police there. After this, the matter was reported to the Samastipur police.
