PM Modi and President Trump to hold Press Conference together White House latest news: After completing the first leg of his four-day visit to France, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the US on Wednesday for a two-day visit. 
On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump are set to hold a joint press conference, the White House said.

He is the fourth foreign minister to meet the US president Donald Trump after he was sworn in as the 47th US president on the 20th of January, 2025.  India's External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, attended the President's inaugural ceremony.
On Thursday, February 13, 2025, PM Modi met the Tulsi Gabbard, the US director of national Intelligence and discussed various dimensions of bilateral relations, emphasizing enhanced intelligence cooperation in counter-terrorism and addressing emerging threats.

PM Modi begun the four-day journey to France and US earlier this week on Monday. In France, he co-chaired the Artificial Intelligence Action Summit alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.
The space agencies of both countries, ISRO and NASA, will be closely monitoring the bilateral meeting, which could serve as a unifying factor amid tensions over rising tariffs and the deportation of illegal immigrants.
During Prime Minister Modi’s last visit to the US in 2023, when Joe Biden was president, India signed the Artemis Accords with NASA to participate in the modern-day lunar race.
