I am thankful to Rajoana, says Honeypreet’s ex-husband

Honeypreet's ex-husband Vishwas Gupta revealed that the former CM Punjab Beant Singh murder case convict Balwant Singh Rajoana saved his life in Patiala jail.

Gupta told the media in a press conference that that Dera Sirsa Chief had hired goons in Patiala jail to kill him so that Gupta could not reveal the secrets of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

He said that two prisoners had attacked him in the jail and even a cop who was deployed in the jail tried to harass him. Gupta further said that Balwant Singh Rajoana had intervened at that time and saved him.

He told that Rajoana even warned jail superintendent that if any harm done to him (Gupta) then the culprit not be spared whosoever might be. He would have been killed if Rajoana had not come to his rescue.

Vishwas Gupta, who broke down while telling the tragic tale of atrocities of Ram Rahim, said he considers Rajoana like a God for him because he saved his life. Ram Rahim Singh used his contacts and according to him the false cases registered against him on the directions of Dera head.

Gupta said Honeypreet used to sleep in the gufa or Ram Rahim's cave at the Dera Sacha Sauda's headquarters in Sirsa, Haryana. "Honeypreet slept in Ram Rahim's bed and had sex with him too. I saw her naked with Baba," Gupta said. He said that Ram Rahim would ask him to stay out of his room while she was inside with him and warned him to keep quiet about it.

"Ram Rahim made us play a game like Bigg Boss in his cave. We were six couples (family members) and spent 28 days there," said Gupta.

The estranged husband also claimed that Honeypreet was not adopted legally, adding that both Ram Rahim and Honeypreet threatened Gupta on several occasions.

"He had given orders to kill me," Gupta said.

"Since 2009, Honeypreet was living with Ram Rahim as his de-facto wife. You can check the Dera records. Prior to 2009, only men were given top roles in the management but after 2009, women, including Honeypreet started taking on important roles in the Dera management," he said.
