When asked Arora that how the matter came into limelight, he said, “
a group of teachers had brought these facts to the kind notice to Member Secretary on August 8, 2017, during a meeting of Adarsh Schools held under his stewardship, but instead of ordering investigation into the matter, he advised the concerned teachers to go back to Faridkot and lodge an FIR.”

Arora said,
“I am filing a PIL in the Punjab and Haryana High Court Court for getting this serious matter, including your failure to prevent this huge fraud, investigated immediately.”
