Chandigarh: Amid rift among the top brass of the Punjab Police, Chief Minister
Amarinder Singh has called a meeting of all the state director general
of police (DGPs) and additional director general of police (ADGPs)
tomorrow here.
The chief minister's meeting with the top
officials of the police assumes significance in the wake of some serious
allegations levelled by a senior IPS officer against two DGPs in the
Punjab and Haryana High Court on April 6.
