Mohali Residents Crack Civil Services Examination; Ready To Work In Any Department Government Appoints Her To

Chetankamal Kaur Bassi, a resident of village Mamunpur in Mohali district of Punjab, has cleared the Civil Services Examination after five years of hard work, but on her very first attempt, said the family. 

The Civil Services Examination is the younger daughter of Surinder Singh Bassi, a former sarpanch of the village of Mamunpur and a property businessman.

Chetankamal Kaur Bassi completed her schooling up to 12th grade at Secret Soul School in Gharuan and later pursued her graduation from MCM College, Chandigarh, her father said.

Father expressed happiness, saying that his daughter’s five years of hard work have finally paid off.

He added that for children from farming families, this is a big dream. Chetankamal Kaur Bassi has passed the exam on the very first attempt.

Chetankamal Kaur Bassi said that the examination was challenging, but she has overcome it and now feels happy about her achievement.

Chetankamal added that she would work in whichever department the government appoints her to and work with complete honesty and dedication.

Punjabi Writers' Association President Deepak Sharma Chanarthal, General Secretary Bhupinder Malik, and Secretary Sukhwinder Singh Sidhu have congratulated the family on their daughter’s accomplishment.
