Notice Issued to Former Punjab Cabinet Ministers to Vacate Official Residences

Punjab Latest News Today: The Punjab government has issued notices to former cabinet ministers Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, Anmol Gagan Mann, Brahm Shankar Jimpa, Balkar Singh, and Chetan Singh Jauramajra, instructing them to vacate their official residences following their resignation from the cabinet.

Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer stepped down from his position as a Legislative Member after being elected as a Member of Parliament from Sangrur, marking a significant career shift. Meanwhile, Anmol Gagan Mann, Brahm Shankar Jimpa, Balkar Singh, and Chetan Singh Jauramajra resigned from their cabinet posts as part of a major reshuffle in the Punjab cabinet.

Following their exit, five new leaders have been inducted into the state cabinet: Mohinder Bhagat, Hardeep Singh Mundian, Tarunpreet Singh Sondh, Barinder Goyal, and Dr. Ravjot Singh. This reshuffle is expected to bring fresh energy and perspectives to the Punjab government, while the outgoing ministers are now required to vacate their government-provided accommodations as per protocol.

The move underscores the government's emphasis on the orderly transition of power and compliance with official procedures.
