Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Latest Health Update News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has been admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali for the third consecutive day. According to a medical bulletin released by the hospital, CM Mann underwent heart-related tests on Friday, with results expected soon. His condition is currently stable, with all vital organs functioning normally, though further tests are still pending.
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann initially visited the hospital on Thursday for a routine check-up, but doctors decided to keep him under observation after detecting swelling in a lung artery, which was putting pressure on his heart, causing fluctuations in his blood pressure.
The CM’s office had earlier clarified that Mann is not facing any major health issues, though additional blood tests and examinations are still in progress. The hospital has expressed optimism about his recovery.
This is not the first time concerns have arisen about CM Mann's health, though his office previously dismissed reports of serious illness following AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal’s release from jail. Addressing his critics at a rally in Bathinda, Mann had remarked that his opponents exaggerate even minor actions, like bending to tie his shoelaces, as signs of ill health.
The doctors are closely monitoring CM Mann, and further medical decisions will be made based on the pending test results.
