Charges have been filed against Neeraj Chaska for Murder, Criminal Conspiracy

CHANDIGARH: District Court (Additional Sessions Judge) ASJ Jaibir Singh has framed charges against Neeraj Chaska, sharp shooter of Lawrence Gang and anti-gang Davinder Bambiha Gang, in Goldy Brar's brother (cousin) Gurlal Brar murder case. Charges have been filed against Neeraj Chaska for murder, criminal conspiracy and under the Arms Act. 

Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar is the mastermind of singer Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. Earlier, Chandigarh Police had recently filed a charge sheet against Neeraj Chaska in the Chandigarh District Court in the Gurlal Brar murder case. 

Gurlal Brar was shot dead late evening on 10 October 2020 in Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh. The attackers were riding a motorcycle. According to the police case, members of the Davinder Bambiha gang had carried out the murder. The murder took place in front of City Emporium Mall.

The police had filed a supplementary charge sheet against Chaska. He was charged with murder, criminal conspiracy and sections of the Arms Act. The police had earlier arrested 4 accused in this murder case. These include Gurvinder Singh, Gurmeet Singh alias Geeta, Dilpreet Singh alias Baba and Chamkaur Singh Baint. Charge sheet has already been filed against them.
