MP Seechewal Flags off Sultanpur Lodhi to Nakodar Govt Bus Service
Many officials of the Roadways were present on the occasion
SULTANPUR LODHI: Balbir Singh Seechewal flagged off the government bus service to Nakodar from the local bus stand. On this occasion, General Manager Punjab Roadways Jalandhar Depot Sant Gurmej Singh, Jaswinder Singh and SDM Sultanpur Lodhi Chandra Jyoti Singh and people of the area were present.
Sant Seechewal said that the people of the area were demanding to start bus service on this route. Taking in view the people's problems, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has directed to start the service. He said that a letter has been written to the transport minister of the state Laljit Singh Bhullar for this service. After which, the demand have been fulfilled in a few days.
While expressing gratitude to the Gurudwara Saidrana Sahib's President Sevadar Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal, Sant Gurmej Singh said that the people of the village were demanding the bus service. On this occasion, Harjinder Singh Seechewal, Surjit Singh Seechewal, Gurdeep Singh, Surinder Singh, Gurbaksh Singh, Daljit Singh, Akashdeep Singh Shehri Pradhan, Love Singh PA, Amritpal Singh, Karamjit Singh, Daya Singh and other officials of Roadways were present.
