Punjab School Summer Timings Change Latest News: In a major development, the Punjab Government has announced a change in the school timings ahead of the new session which is set to begin on April 1, 2024.
This is important news for students studying in schools in Punjab. Starting April 1, 2024, the timings will change for all schools in Punjab for summer.
The education department, here, has completed preparations for the new session. In the meanwhile, schools across the state are most likely to hold a P.T.M.
According to the academic calendar of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, class hours for elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools are from 8 am to 2 am.
It has been announced that school hours will remain unchanged until September. It is worth noting that previously, elementary school class times were from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm and middle and high school class times were from 8:30 am to 2:50 pm.
