Sidhu Moose Wala Murder Case

MANSA: In a significant development surrounding the murder case of renowned Punjabi singer Subhadeep Singh, famously known as Sidhu Moose Wala, 22 accused individuals made a virtual appearance in the Mansa court. The court session, conducted through video conferencing, saw the presence of Sidhu Moose Wala's father, Balkaur Singh, who passionately implored the court to deliver severe punishment to his son's killers.

However, notable individuals, Kapil Pandit, Sachin Bhiwani, and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, were conspicuously absent during the proceedings. The court has, in turn, scheduled the next hearing for November 2. It's noteworthy that the court has mandated that all accused individuals participate through video conferencing.

Balkaur Singh, the grieving father of Sidhu Moose Wala, ardently advocated for the physical presence of all the accused in court. His impassioned plea was met with an empathetic response from the court.

The case dates back to May 29, 2022, when Shubdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala, was tragically shot dead in Jawaharke village within the Mansa district of Punjab. According to the Punjab government, 29 individuals have been apprehended in connection with this case. Shockingly, two of the accused met their demise in a police encounter, while five remain to be brought in from outside the state. The state government is actively collaborating with central and other agencies to ensure their apprehension.

The central figure among the accused in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case is Goldy Brar, who is linked to the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. As the legal proceedings unfold, the eyes of the public remain fixed on the pursuit of justice for the beloved singer, Sidhu Moose Wala, whose untimely demise continues to reverberate through the music industry and beyond.
