Punjabi youth dies of heart attack in Canada, Body likely to arrive today

Punjab News: A 27-year-old man from village Katahari in Payal tehsil of Ludhiana district, Punjab, has died of a heart attack in Canada.
The deceased has been identified as Amarveer Singh, who passed away after his health suddenly deteriorated in Brampton, Canada. Following this tragic news, a wave of grief has spread across his village.
According to family members, Amarveer Singh went to Canada in 2022 for higher education. After completing his studies, he was working as a truck driver on a work permit. His untimely death has left his parents and three sisters inconsolable.
Amarveer Singh’s father, Singara Singh, said that his son was hardworking in his studies and wanted to build a better future by going abroad. He added that Amarveer Singh was planning to visit Punjab later this year.
According to information, Amarveer Singh’s body is being brought from Canada to the village. After the body reaches the village, the last rites are likely to be performed today. Preparations for the funeral are underway.
