According to the weather department, there will be a change in weather in Punjab including Chandigarh from tonight. Heavy to heavy rain is expected in most parts of the state from Tuesday. The weather department has issued a yellow alert for the next two to three days.
Yellow alert in Himachal Pradesh As Well
According to the Meteorological Center Shimla, light to moderate rains occurred in many areas of Himachal in the last 24 hours. At the same time, there is a yellow alert for rain in Himachal for the next two days.
It is worth noting that several roads were damaged due to the cloudburst incidents in Himachal Pradesh in the past few days. About 135 routes were affected and people were trapped in many places.
