In a post on X, Mann wrote, “Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, heartfelt birthday greetings. I pray to God for your excellent health and long life.”
The Prime Minister had visited Punjab on 9 September 2025 to personally assess the devastation caused by recent floods.
