CHANDIGARH: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan released a book wrote by the young writer Narendra Pal Singh Jagdeo. The author also presented copies of this book written in a lively and unique style to the library of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha through the speaker. Punjab Vidhan Sabha Secretary Ram Lok Khatana was also present on this occasion.
