Ludhiana: A case has been registered in the Police Station Division No. 2 against the former vice president of Punjab BJP, Parveen Bansal, for assaulting the Pujari of the Ludhiana temple and his family. The incident is of the Arya Samaj temple located in Kidwai Nagar, where there was a dispute over the evacuation of the temple. A video of the entire matter has come out after which the police has taken action.

BJP leader Parveen Bansal had said that he was preparing to perform Havan in the temple. The priest of the temple has died and his son used to look after the temple. Earlier, Issues and Frauds have come to the fore in Temple's Money. Due to this rivalry, the 'Pujari' tried to obstruct in-between Havan. After the video of this matter came out, the Brahmin community also staged a protest demanding action against the leader.
