The Punjab State Women Commission is set to organize a Khula Darbaar (Open Court) in Moga on June 10, 2025 (Tuesday), providing a direct and accessible platform for women to present their grievances and complaints for swift redressal.
The initiative is being undertaken under the leadership of Commission Chairperson Mrs. Raj Lali Gill. The Open Court will be held at the Police Line, Moga, and proceedings will commence at 11:00 AM.
In a press release, the Commission stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to ensure that women have an open, transparent, and effective space to voice their concerns. Senior police officials and relevant authorities will be present at the event to address matters promptly and effectively.
Chairperson Raj Lali Gill emphasized that the Commission is fully committed to the protection of women's rights and the timely resolution of their issues. “The Open Court will serve as a transparent forum where affected women can seek justice and resolution without delay,” the statement read.
The Punjab State Women Commission has urged all concerned individuals to actively participate and take advantage of this opportunity to directly present their issues before the Commission and law enforcement officials.
