TARN TARAN: A Deeply Saddening incident has unfolded in Lauhka village, Tarn Taran district, where a young child, returning home from school, met with a tragic accident involving a truck, resulting in the child's immediate demise. The accident occurred as the child, identified as Harjot Singh, alighted from the school van and attempted to cross the road, only to be struck by a truck that was approaching from behind.

The Accident left the child in a critical condition, prompting the parents to rush him to a private hospital in Tarn Taran. Tragically, the doctors at the hospital declared the child as brought dead.

Upon receiving the report, the police swiftly arrived at the scene, took possession of the child's body, and initiated legal proceedings against the tractor driver involved in the incident.

Gurbaj Singh, the father of the deceased, revealed that his five-year-old child was a student at a convent school in Thakarpura village. On the day of the accident, the child was returning home in a school van following a day at school. After reaching Adda Lauhka, the child disembarked from the van and commenced crossing the road. It was at this moment that tragedy struck, with a tractor bearing the registration number PB02 CC 9366 colliding with the child.

This heart-rending incident has left the family in profound grief, shattering their hopes and dreams for their beloved child. As news of the child's untimely demise spread, anguish and sorrow enveloped the family and the community. The police have registered a case in connection with the accident and have commenced the necessary legal actions against the accused tractor driver.
