Mann Government Assures Full Help to 8-Year-Old with Failed Kidneys from Talwandi Latest News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday said that his government would provide every possible assistance to the family of an 8-year-old child who is suffering from a serious kidney disease. The family is a resident of Talwandi in Sri Amritsar Sahib, Punjab.

The 8-year-old boy has a kidney ailment in which both kidneys are not functional. The boy needs regular care until the age of 18. His village is completely cut off from the rest of Punjab due to floods, making it even more difficult for his family to treat his condition.

“The government will provide every possible assistance to the family for the child's treatment. We will not let any person in the state be deprived in terms of treatment and medicine,” the Punjab Chief Minister said in a post on X.
