Chandigarh: Former SGPC secretary Harcharan Singh died of a heart attack this morning. Harcharan Singh’s brother GP Singh gave this information.
It may be mentioned here that Harcharan Singh came in August 2015 to serve as the Chief Secretary of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.
The chief secretary, on a three-year contract, had to resign within 23 months due to controversy.
