TARN TARAN: A Combined operation conducted by the BSF and Khalra police near the international border yielded a substantial breakthrough in the fight against narcotics trafficking. Acting on credible information, the authorities detected drone movement in the vicinity of Kalsian around 9 pm, prompting an immediate response and subsequent search operation.

During the thorough search, law enforcement recovered a total of 2.728 kilograms of heroin, a highly potent and dangerous narcotic. Subsequently, a case was registered under FIR No. 107, invoking the provisions of the NDPS Act, Aircraft Act 1934, and relevant sections 10, 11, and 12. The case was lodged at PS Khalra, marking a significant step in curbing drug trafficking. The Authorities have seized the recovered heroin and initiated further necessary actions in this ongoing investigation.
