Schedule Released for Devotees Visiting Gurdwara Panja Sahib on Baisakhi

AMRITSAR: Khalsa Sajna Diwas (Vaisakhi) will be celebrated with great pomp and show on April 14 across the country. A batch of Indian Sikh pilgrims will pass through the Attari-Wahga border on April 9 to celebrate the festival at Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Pakistan and will return to the country on April 18. Pakistan has released a schedule for the visit.

The officials of Evacuee Trust Property Board said that it is necessary to be concerned and careful about security and safety of devotees. The jatha will leave from India on April 9 and will visit the Gurdwara Sacha Sauda Farooqabad on April 10 and then return to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib in the evening.

As per schedule, on April 11, the Jatha will visit Guru dhams and on April 12, they will leave for Gurdwara Panja Sahib Hasan Abdal. The devotees will take night rest on April 13. On April 14, the pilgrims will attend Shri Akhand Path Sahib Ji bhog. After this, there will be rest on April 15, then on April 16, devotees will leave for Gurdwara Rori Sahib, Kartarpur Sahib and will return to the country on April 18.
