The Punjab government, under the decisive leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has successfully achieved a historic milestone by transforming the state’s administrative framework into a completely digital and citizen-centric ecosystem by the year 2025. Today, Punjab has distinguished itself as a state where governance is no longer operated completely from government offices, but is instead accessible from the homes of its people. This significant wave of administrative reform has not only institutionalized accountability and transparency within government functioning but has also successfully eradicated the decades-old culture defined by incessant delays and the requirement for recommendations.

Highlighting this transformative shift, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora stated that the state government’s visionary policies have empowered the common citizen to access government services without leaving the comfort of their homes. A central pillar of this digital revolution is the "Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar" scheme. This initiative has already provided 437 distinct services to the doorsteps of over 1.85 lakh citizens. Beyond saving time, this scheme has emerged as a vital support system for rural residents and the elderly.

The most significant evidence of this administrative efficiency is visible within the Revenue Department. Patwaris have processed over 12.46 lakh applications through online channels. This integration of technology has streamlined complex land- and property-related tasks, which were historically associated with corruption and delays. The process has now become entirely paperless, while the introduction of QR-coded digital certificates has enhanced security and authenticity. This shift effectively eliminates the necessity for citizens to visit government offices or rely on middlemen.

The driving force behind this success is the "Digital Dashboard," a state-of-the-art system used for real-time monitoring. Thanks to this mechanism, the pendency rate across all departmental services has reduced to a mere 0.33%, marking the lowest level in the state's administrative history. Minister Aman Arora clarified that the Chief Minister has mandated that public work be completed within set timeframes without hindrance, proving that technology combined with political will can establish a transparent, corruption-free governance system dedicated to the common man.
