The Meteorological Department predicts continued cloudy skies and the likelihood of additional rainfall today. As per their forecast, the maximum temperature is anticipated to hover around 21 degrees, with a minimum of 13 degrees, further reinforcing the prevailing chill.

The climatic contrast between Wednesday and Thursday is stark, with the last day of November marking the coldest spell. A notable decrease of 6 degrees Celsius in the maximum temperature has been recorded, exemplifying the swift impact of the rain-induced cold wave. On Thursday, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 19.6 degrees and a minimum of 13.3 degrees Celsius, whereas on Wednesday, the maximum temperature stood at 25.6 degrees, accompanied by a minimum of 12.6 degrees Celsius.
