Punjab: Bus Overturns, Kills One On Tractor On Jalandhar-Pathankot National Highway Latest News: In a tragic road accident, a private bus overturned near the village Moonkan on the Jalandhar-Pathankot national highway, on Monday morning, killing one person on a tractor.
The accident occur around 7 in the morning. In this accident, a tractor, a scooter, and a car were also hit, killing the migrant laborer riding the tractor, and 30 to 35 passengers in the bus were also seriously injured.
In the footage from the incident, a vehicle can be seen severely damaged, while the tractor has been completely crushed and deformed.
Police reached the spot, and a crane was used to tow the overturned bus, which was reportedly speeding.
The exact cause of the accident is unknown.
