BARNALA: A Heart-Wrenching tragedy unfolded on the Ludhiana-Barnala highway in Barnala, Punjab, as a road accident claimed the lives of four individuals on Friday morning. These four victims were residents of Hisar, Haryana, and were en route to Nakodar to pay their obeisance when the unfortunate incident occurred. Upon receiving news of the accident, the police promptly arrived at the scene, and the deceased bodies have been taken into custody and transported to the hospital.

The SHO of Thuliwal police station, Baldev Singh, provided details of the incident, stating that at around 5 am, a white car with registration HR-86-3358, traveling from Barnala to Ludhiana, collided with a trolley loaded with bricks on the highway. Tragically, all four occupants of the car lost their lives on the spot. They have been identified as Vikas Soni, Amritpal, Sonu, and 11-year-old Ankit.

Notably, These four individuals hailed from the 12 Quarter Road and Patel Nagar areas of Hisar city in Haryana. Among the deceased, Vikas Soni and Amritpal were brothers-in-law, while the others were their neighbors. The Severity of the accident was such that it left the car completely mangled. The family members of the deceased have also been notified in Hisar. The post-mortem procedure will commence upon the arrival of the bereaved family members.
