Lok Sabha Elections 2024: When Anmol Kwatra challenged Kangana Ranaut

Lok Sabha Elections 2024, Anmol Kwatra vs Kangana Ranaut: The whole nation is gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024 with the BJP party releasing the list of candidates for the elections. Recently, the BJP party released the fifth list of candidates which included the name of Kangana Ranaut as well.

Notably, Kangana Ranaut has been named a candidate from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi constituency for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2024.

It may be recalled that social activist, Anmol Kwatra, had said in his podcast that if Kangana Ranaut would contest the Lok Sabha elections in Chandigarh, then he would also contest against her.

Anmol Kwatra had said that he was not against the Bharatiya Janata Party or the Congress party, but Kangana Ranaut made completely wrong statements about the image of Sikhs. Moreover, Kangana also made controversial statements about women farmers during the farmers' movement.

He said: "I myself am a member of the Sanatan family and Kangana has said very wrong things about the image of Sikhs. She needs to understand the environment of Punjab.

"I am a Hindu and I feel safest in Punjab. The country should understand that too," he had said.

On the other hand, he also mentioned a song by Punjabi singer Shubh that indirectly satirized Kangana. He said that no one in Punjab is divided in the name of religion, but it is sad to hear such news in the national media.
