Punjab Lok Sabha Elections Result 2024 Latest News Live Updates: The day is finally here. It's result day! The Election Commission of India is set to declare the result of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 following the record voting counting this year. Punjab is one of the key states in the country where the contest is quite tough and yet unpredictable. It's BJP vs Congress vs AAP vs SAD vs Independent candidates.
It may be recalled that the AAP party opened its account in 2014 by winning 4 out of 13 seats while BJP, SAD, and Congress had won 2, 4, and 3 seats, respectively.
In the 2019 election, the AAP party only managed to win one seat, the BJP and SAD got 2 seats each, and the Congress party made a landslide win with 8 seats.
