Air India air hostess dies after breathing issue at friend's flat in Gurugram

An Air India air hostess passed away in Gurugram, Haryana, following a breathing issue. The deceased has been identified as Simran Dadwal (25), originally from Mohali, Punjab. She had come to her friend’s rented flat in DLF Phase One, Gurugram, to attend a party on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.

According to sources, after a late-night party at the flat, she experienced difficulty breathing around 5 am and was rushed to a hospital, where she died during treatment, as per sources.

Another air hostess from Uttarakhand was also present at the party, and both were reportedly intoxicated at the time.

Simran Dadwal was residing in Delhi and had been working with Air India for the past two years. Prior to this, she had worked with Vistara Airlines.

The police were informed about the death by the hospital. Officials at the DLF Phase One police station stated that the exact cause of death will be ascertained after the post-mortem report.

The deceased’s family has reached Gurugram and has not filed any complaint so far. The matter is under investigation.
