Who was Rinky Chakma? Know About Late Femina Miss India Tripura 2017

Who was Rinky Chakma? The whole nation was shocked after Rinky Chakma, who won the title of Femina Miss India Tripura in the year 2017, bid adieu to the world. She died on February 28. 

Miss India Organization shared the news about death of Rinky Chakma by sharing a post on social media. It wrote: “With great sadness, we share the news of the demise of Femina Miss India Tripura 2017 Rinky Chakma. A remarkable woman, Rinky was truly a force to be reckoned with, an embodiment of grace and purpose. Representing Tripura at the Femina Miss India 2017 pageant, she was awarded the title of Miss Beauty with a purpose, a testament to her impressive efforts and compassionate spirit. Our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends in this difficult time.”

Rinky was only 29-years-old and her death has shocked everyone. According to media reports, Rinky was battling breast cancer for a long time and recently, her friend had asked people for funds for a post. 

Brain tumor after cancer!

When Rinky was diagnosed with breast cancer, she underwent surgery but before that the cancer had spread in her body. Due to this reason, she also suffered from brain tumor. 

Admitted to Delhi hospital on February 22:

Rinky was continuously undergoing treatment for her cancer due to which she had run out of money and recently Rinky Chakma's friend had asked for funds for her treatment because due to lack of money Rinky Chakma was not in the condition to continue chemotherapy. 

For which, she had also started raising funds, a few weeks ago. On February 22, she was admitted to Max Hospital Saket, Delhi, where she died after being on a ventilator in the ICU for a few days.
