NEW-DELHI: Delhi's Rouse Avenue court has extended the judicial custody of AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till May 12 in the Excise policy case. CBI is investigating the case. Along with this, during the hearing of the Delhi High Court on bail in the CBI case, the bench told the CBI that if you have the evidence on which you are confident, then show it to us.

Delhi's Rouse Avenue court has postponed the verdict on former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's bail petition till April 28. In the ED case, the court reserved the decision on April 18. Earlier, the CBI had presented the name of Manish Sisodia as an accused in its charge sheet in the court for the first time.

The CBI has filed the charge sheet in the Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday itself. Apart from Sisodia, CA Buchi Babu Gorantla, Arjun Pandey and Amandeep Singh Dhall of Hyderabad have also been made accused in the charge sheet of the investigating agency. The court will hear the charge sheet on May 12. Buchi Babu Gorantla is the CA of Telangana Chief Minister Chandrashekar Rao's daughter Kavita. ED has also questioned Kavita in this case.
