CISF Bid Farewell To Civil Aviation Security Dog, Induct Another For Explosive Detection Latest News: Vadodara Airport on Sunday bid a ceremonial farewell to K9 “Adolf(Jack)”, who retired after years of exemplary service with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in safeguarding Vadodara airport and civil aviation security, CISF said in a post on X. 

“K9 Adolf's dedication and invaluable contribution to civil aviation security were remembered with honor and pride,” the post read. 

On the same occasion, K9 “Shaurya”, a newly trained in explosive detection, was formally inducted into the CISF canine squad. 

K9 Shaurya's skills in detection, obedience and discipline were demonstrated during the ceremony, according to the post. 

“The CISF K9 Unit continues to play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and protecting critical aviation assets with loyalty and devotion,” the CISF post concluded.
