President Droupadi Murmu, who will attend the event as the Chief Guest, will hand over Electors Photo Identity Cards (EPICs) to newly enrolled young voters.

The President will also present the Best Electoral Practices Awards in various categories, including effective use of technology, election management and logistics, innovative voter awareness initiatives, implementation and enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct, training and capacity building, along with other special awards, including awards for the media.
