According to the order of Delhi goverment service, newly elected goverment call for fresh appointment of all the catergory staff since previous appointment gets terminated after the resignation of the then CM and Ministers.

To begin with, she announced the rollout of the Ayushman Bharat scheme in Delhi with a top-up of Rs 5 lakh, with the aim of improving healthcare coverage for the people. Secondly, she said that 14 pending Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports would be tabled in the first sitting of the Assembly. The reports had not been tabled by the earlier AAP government.
Rekha Gupta spoke at a press conference where she also announced the portfolios of her council of ministers. Highlighting the new government's promise of transparency and accountability, she said, "In the first Cabinet meeting, we discussed and approved two agendas - to roll out in Delhi the Ayushman Bharat scheme with Rs 5 lakhs top up and tabling of 14 CAG reports in the first seating of the Assembly. We will fulfill all the promises that we have made to the people."
According to the new orders, the deployment and posting of officers will be reorganized after the Chief Minister's takeover. Normal members of DANICS, DSS, and the Steno cadre will carry on their work under the newly sworn-in Chief Minister and Ministers until further orders.
