NEW-DELHI: Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court on Monday (March 20) extended the judicial custody of former Deputy Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia for 14 days. He will remain in judicial custody till April 3. Currently, Manish Sisodia is on ED remand till March 22 in the Delhi liquor scam case.

The judicial custody of Manish Sisodia has been extended in the case registered by the CBI. Notably, Manish Sisodia, who is an accused in the Delhi liquor scam case, was arrested by the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) on February 26 after a long interrogation.

The CBI interrogated him on remand for several days and later the court remanded Sisodia to judicial custody. After this, Sisodia was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) IN connection with a money laundering matter in the liquor scam case.
