Enemy Raised White Flag; Indian Army Reveals Details of Golden Temple Attack Thwarted
Indian Army’s swift and calculated response in this latest border escalation has prevented mass civilian casualties.
The Indian Army has made public a harrowing account of Pakistan's failed infiltration and drone strike attempts between May 7 and 9, which included a direct assault on the Golden Temple using kamikaze drones and missiles. Indian forces not only foiled every attack with remarkable precision but forced enemy troops to retreat and surrender by hoisting a white flag on their post.
"During the night of 8-9 May, the enemy fired suddenly and attempted infiltration. We struck back accurately. By morning, they were on their knees,” said one frontline Indian soldier, detailing the moment of Pakistani surrender.
The assault followed India’s Operation Sindoor, where top terror hubs like the LeT base in Muridke and others in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir were struck with strategic precision.
According to Indian troops, Pakistani retaliation came in waves, first targeting air bases and military installations, then shifting focus to religious and civilian targets, including Amritsar’s Golden Temple.
“When their attempts to damage our military infrastructure failed over three days, they resorted to targeting civilian areas and Gurdwaras using kamikaze drones and rockets,” said another soldier.
The Indian Army showcased how its modernized air defence assets, including the upgraded L-70 guns, created an impenetrable wall over Punjab. Notably, the Army claims to have identified and recovered high-tech drones such as YIHA-III and Songar, likely of Turkish make, indicating foreign technology assistance in Pakistan’s assault.
“Despite the advanced drones used, our systems intercepted every air raid. Not even 10% of our available ammunition was needed,” the soldier added, asserting India's defensive strength.
The Indian Army’s swift and calculated response in this latest border escalation has not only prevented mass civilian casualties but also safeguarded religious sanctity. The thwarted infiltration and aerial attacks stand as a testament to India’s unwavering resolve to defend its soil and symbols of faith.
