President Droupadi Murmu to Visit Ayodhya Ram Temple, Vrindavan Temples and Govardhan on March 19–21

The President will begin her tour on March 19 with a visit to Ayodhya, where she will offer prayers at the Ram Temple.

President Droupadi Murmu to Visit Ayodhya Ram Temple, Vrindavan Temples and Govardhan on March 19–21

President Droupadi Murmu will visit Uttar Pradesh from March 19 to 21, during which she is scheduled to take part in religious visits and public engagements in Ayodhya, Mathura and Vrindavan.

According to an official statement, the President will begin her tour on March 19 with a visit to Ayodhya, where she will offer prayers at the Ram Temple and participate in the evening aarti at the shrine. Later the same day, she will travel to Mathura district and visit the ISKCON temple in Vrindavan, where she will also attend the aarti.

During her stay in Vrindavan, the President will visit several prominent religious sites. She is scheduled to visit the Prem Mandir and pay her respects at the samadhi of Baba Neem Karoli. She will also visit the Udiya Baba Ashram and the Davanal Kund in the temple town.

On March 20, Murmu will inaugurate the newly constructed oncology block at the Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama charitable hospital in Vrindavan. She will also visit Vatsalya Gram, a social welfare initiative known for its work in child care and community development.

The following day, March 21, the President will travel to Govardhan where she will offer prayers at the Danghati temple at around 8:50 in the morning. After the temple visit, she is scheduled to undertake the traditional parikrama of Govardhan, a revered pilgrimage ritual in the region.
