Arjun Munda urged the farmers’ to maintain a peaceful environment

Farmers’ Protest 2024 Day 2 Update: Farmer organizations are once again marching to the capital Delhi with their demands. After the meeting with Union Ministers on Monday remained inconclusive, farmers from Punjab-Haryana and Western UP left for Delhi by filling tractor trolleys with tents, ration and other items. Meanwhile, Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda has released a statement over the issue.

The Union Minister said, "I had already said that our efforts to hold positive discussions with the farmers' union will continue. The government is alert on the issues of farmers. The government has also talked to farmer organizations and is again ready for further meetings also."

Arjun Munda said that the decisions related to the laws must be taken after a critical analyzing so it not only benefits the farmers but also in the future too. Henceforth, he appealed some amount of patience at the farmers’ end.

"We are ready to hold discussions.....We need to take into account all the sides and hold the talks…..I request the farmers' union to maintain the environment for discussions.....", said the Union Misnister.

Arjun Munda has urged the farmers’ in his statement to maintain a peaceful environment and not make it difficult for the other citizens to carry out the work of their every day lives.
