Mumbai: The number of cases of coronavirus is on the rise in the country but researchers at IIT Bombay said that the outbreak of coronavirus is likely to get increase in the coming monsoon. IIT professors Amit Agarwal and Rajneesh Bharadwaj said that the main reason is the humid season.

Therefore, in hot climates, the virus dries out and dies quickly. In addition, Prof. Amit Agarwal also says that in hot weather, drops evaporate, which reduces the risk. It may also be mentioned here that ICMR and AIIMS have not yet made any statement in this regard.
