His recent victory in the 2023 Madhya Pradesh Assembly election saw him defend his seat in the Ujjain South constituency, securing a convincing win with 95,699 votes, marking his third consecutive term as an MLA.
Mohan Yadav's political journey commenced with his election as an MLA in 2013, and he further solidified his standing by winning re-election in the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly election.
