NEW-DELHI: A Young Japanese girl was molested, groped on the occasion of Holi in the National Capital. The related video went viral on Internet. In the video, a group of boys are seen forcibly playing Holi with a Japanese girl. A boy is also smashing an egg on her head. Men can be seen grabbing and pushing her. The woman also slapped a man who tries to hold her. After that, she finally manages to escape from there.

As per the media reports, the disturbing incident took place in Paharganj, Delhi, although its exact location has not been confirmed.

The Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women, Swati Maliwal has sent a notice to the Delhi Police and demanded to register a case against the accused in the matter. She said that it is very shameful that such a foreign girl had to face such kind of behaviour on the day of Holi in Delhi.

According to media reports, the girl visited India first time from Japan to celebrate Holi. This video was shared by the girl herself and was later removed from the account. The video is doing rounds on social media.

Swati Maliwal expressed her disappointment at the incident and tweeted (In Hindi) (Roughly Translated), "Whenever I watch this video, my blood boils. No matter what, I will not spare any of them, we will make sure that every single one of them goes behind bars."
