An earthquake of 4.3 magnitude hit Mizoram's Champhai district on Thursday afternoon, the 8th one to jolt the northeastern state in less than three weeks.
The earthquake occurred around 2.28 pm. No loss of life or property has been reported so far.
Last earthquake occurred was three days ago of magnitude 4.6 and the epicentre was 25 km south-southwest of Champhai in Mizoram.
