New Delhi: Yesterday, the entire country was celebrating International Women's Day and saluting Nari Shakti. On the occasion of Women's Day, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wished all the women of the country.

Meanwhile, a special program for women was also organized by the Delhi Commission for Women. The brave women of the country were honoured in this program. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also honoured Farmer 'Dadi' Mohinder Kaur for her courage in supporting the Kisan Andolan.

Delhi Women's Commission President Swati Maliwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia were also present on the occasion. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also honoured the scientists of the Chandrayaan Mission on the occasion of Women's Day for shining India's name in the space sector.

In his address during the program, the Delhi Chief Minister said, "I would like to congratulate the Delhi Commission for Women for taking the initiative to bring the special work of the common man to the notice of the people."
