NEW-DELHI: In a significant legal development, India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) saw its appeal against the bail of British national Jagtar Singh alias Jaggi Johal rejected by the Supreme Court of India (SCI) today. Jagtar Singh Jaggi Johal's defense counsel and Punjab Lawyers Chairman, Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, confirmed that the NIA's plea to revoke Jaggi Johal's bail in case number RC/24/2017/NIA had been dismissed.
