India Pakistan Tensions Affect Air Travel latest news: A number of airports in India closed down in light of growing tensions with Pakistan. The Srinagar, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, and Shimla airports are amongst them.

Air India begins new security procedures check-in will now shut 75 minutes prior to departure, as per directive by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security.

 

Passengers are advised to report to airports at least 3 hours prior to departure to avert delays. Travelers are advised to remain informed about flight schedules and airport notices.
