BSF Shot-down Drone at Indo-Pak Border, Recovers 3 kg Heroin worth Rs 10 Crore
The Agency has sealed the entire area and a search operation has been launched.
RAJASTHAN: Drug Trafficking Incidents have been frequent at the Indo-Pakistan border in Rajasthan. The Border Security Force (BSF) foiled another such attempt by smugglers on the border near Bikaner. The BSF troops have shot down a drone on Tuesday (March 7) morning.
According to the information, about 3 kg heroin has been recovered from this drone. The Price of the heroin in the international market is around Rs 10 crores.
As per the reports, the soldiers witnessed a drone near border on Tuesday morning. Currently, the Agency has sealed the entire area and a search operation has been launched. BSF DIG reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
