‘Unprofessional Conduct,' Says Customer Amid IndiGo's Ongoing Flight Disruptions

Indigo News: As IndiGo’s flight disruptions continue across the nation on December 6, a relative of a passenger from Jammu and Kashmir alleged that the airline of “unprofessional conduct.”

Kashish, from the state, shared his family’s ordeal and told news agency ANI, “I had come here to drop off my aunt. She is travelling from Jammu to Delhi. We have been struggling since yesterday, but we do not know the status… When she had come here from Delhi, she was stuck there for 12 hours. This is such a big airline, but their conduct is so unprofessional.”

“The airline is only big in name, and all it is known for is making profits,” he said.

"The rates of other flights have increased six times. I don’t understand why. There is a small child at Aunt’s house,” Kashish further added.

Kashish and his aunt are among lakhs of people who are suffering due to the nationwide Indigo flight disruptions. Around 1,000 flights have been cancelled so far, and passengers are left with nothing but confusion, helplessness, and unimaginable suffering with no food, no water, and being forced to sleep on concrete floors inside airports in December’s cold.
